UNION BROTHERHOOD^® has arranged and made available a FUNERAL BENEFIT ASSIGNMENT CERTIFICATE for each dues paying union member who completes and submits a Benefit Request. This special benefit is provided at no cost to you; it is a non-contributory benefit so there is no payment to be made by you.

In addition to the FUNERAL BENEFIT ASSIGNMENT CERTIFICATE, there are other UNION BROTHERHOOD^® benefits available for Union Members including:
